I arrived at 3:25 and the doors were locked. I know I cut it close, but honor your hours.
This Quest location was excellent! Fast , professional.
Location is now closed!!! Had an appointment for this morning (3/13) and I drive up to this location only to find a note on the door saying this location is closed. Did not receive any calls or emails notifying me they were closed. I even received an appointment reminder email just last night for this appointment at this location. Now I have to reschedule this appointment for another location which will likely be weeks later due to lack of morning appointments available. Pésima atención con los pacientes latinos , yo diría malísima , no te atienden cuando les hablas , te dicen que van a chequear cuando no aparece tu cita y no hacen nada, llaman a los que llegan último ,a ese laboratorio ni se les ocurra , no tienen sensibilidad con las personas.
Una mala experiencia , según mi médico me hiso el referido , al llegar a registrarme no fue posible , no tengo ideas por qué , al tratar gestionar ayuda con los empleados solo te escudan y decían te llamaremos , nunca fue haci , 1 hora 10 minutos en el lugar y mi esposa no se pudo hacer los exámenes , muy mala atención , por dios tan cara que cobran toda , pésima atención.
