You wait at this place and there is very little professionalism, no pleasant attitudes. Customer service, how to act in a business setting, how to talk and treat people training is very much needed., (I still don't think that will help)
This Quest Diagnostic on Dunn Avenue has a very very very poor customer service. Even I had an appointment, I was still treated like a walk in patient. The lady who administered the check-in process needs a training. Even though it states on my insurance card the number still she could not read. Also, asking me silly questions even though the answer is on the paper. She has no interpersonal skills. They are all unprofessional and unfriendly.
