I'm writting from a physican's office. I have patients that use Quest because it is more convinient for them, but we never seem to recieve the results of the blood work. This is creating a horrible quality of care on both ends because patients call asking for results and we had no idea that the blood work was done. Even after we are made aware and information is faxed, it still doesn't seen to reach our office. I have to call multiple times in order to recieve the fax.
The lady that took my blood was very skilled I hardly felt it at all - what a blessing! I got in and out really fast and they were all very nice people. thank you
I am very disappointed with the results of my experience with Quest Diagnostics on Elizabeth St. I had blood drawn on January 2nd for INR purposes and now, 5 days later, my doctor has still not received the results.
Always make appointments through internet. Excellent experience every time!
Horrible experience trying to make an appointment over the phone using their automotive system!!! My blood pressure is through the roof trying to schedule my appointment through the phone automotive system. I scheduled my appointment on-line but I had to go to the library to use a computer. Everyone does not have a computer. How about some good old-fashioned human contact!! What do people do when Quest's phone automotive system is totally flawed? If anyone is nervous about having blood drawn, i can highly recommend this location. Anna G. was so professional. I have been stabbed and bruised for many years by so many inexperienced so-called nurses. In less than 2 minutes, with a single attempt, Anna G. drew 3 viles. no pain, no nausea. Forget LabCore ! Now I know how a professional takes a blood sample and I would never go to anyplace but this location. I guarantee you will fall in love with this sweet lady ! ( Esther )

You cant reach a person to make an appt. it's awful
Very disappointing; attempted to call and placed on hold for over 15 minutes with no return answer and then when attempting to call back there was no answer.
