You are not able to talk to a real person. Can only make an appointment using the computer. This slows down the call and it makes mistakes. It took forever to use the computer because it didn't understand especially the letter K it took at least three tries to get the computer to understand They need to have an operator option it would have taken less time! They do well at drawing blood especially hard sticks. I just want an option to talk to a live person as it would have made my call more expedient
Last month I had a blood test and I ended up with a 4inch bruise on my arm. Today July 6,2015 I got there at 10:25 I walked up to the desk and some women finally walked by and I opened my mouth to say I did not have an appointment but was cut off and told to sit down, four other people were in the office at that time. Although I had my blood drawn, I was unable to obtain a copy of the results of my blood tests. After multiple calls, Quest claimed to have no record that I had ever visited their office or had my blood drawn. I suppose they must have lost my blood sample.
