Horrible. I would give negative stars if it would let me! They are supposed to open at 7am but the office was closed and someone didn't show up and open until 7:15. What's the point of an appointmen? The employee was RUDE. I never got an apology for her being late or for keeping waiting once she unlocked the door. That's the least she could do for making me late for work. I didn't even get a hello. So unprofessional. I scanned my insurance card and she wanted to argue that I didn't. She needs to be fired!
There is no prompt to speak to a person, as the employer that had questions I could not reach them. Very frustrating. Had to call the main national quest number and she gave me a new number and it just rang. Very Bad Business. If I could give a zero stars I would have. Very poor customer service.
The phlebotomists were very, very nice. I had hardly no wait time (I had made an appointment). The facility was very clean and I was impressed.
Fast and efficient. Giving a 4 star because it is 50 min to the closest center from home.
The Quest Diagnostics Lab was very Professional, Clean, and I felt sage in the enviroment.
