no pain quick and polite
I arrived at 8:30 for an 8:40 appointment. I waited until 9:26 pm before I was taken back. Not the phlebotomist's fault entirely. IF you are going to have one person do everything from checking the person in, verifying data, and drawing the blood, then spread the appointment times for every 15 minutes instead of every 10 minutes.

Horrible. I would give negative stars if it would let me! They are supposed to open at 7am but the office was closed and someone didn't show up and open until 7:15. What's the point of an appointment? The employee was RUDE. I never got an apology for her being late or for keeping me waiting once she unlocked the door. That's the least she could do for making me late for work. I didn't even get a hello. So unprofessional. I scanned my insurance card and she wanted to argue that I didn't. She needs to be fired!
