I was in and out in less than 15 mins. The phlebotomy was friendly and pleasant. We were talking and she done.
Super easy check in process, staff was great & quick.
If Quest Diag does not wish to service walk in appointments they should NOT advertise too! I went there yesterday and was checked in before anyone else and a lady came out and rudely told everyone if they did not have an appointment they would Not be seen. I went around the corner and walked right into another lab and was treated and welcomed like you would expect a business to treat you. I will never darken Quest doors with there unprofessional rude attitudes ever again.
I did a appreciate the Phlebotomist honesty in letting me how much I would be billed out of pocket without insurance. She was able to offer a couple of different options of places I could actually order my labs from and pay way less up front since I don't have medical insurance right now. Nice, caring, empathetic and knowledgeable employees. Wait time was basically non existent. Check in was fast, simple and convenient.
