The staff at Quest is always very good, which I appreciate because drawing on me can be tricky. This visit my veins were being particularly difficult, but Sandy was so kind and patient!

The 2 Executive Dr location in Albany, NY has always provided me with great service, friendly service, and confident answers to my questions.
Great experience! I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time and was called back almost immediately. I'm not a big fan of needles, but the phlebotomist was extremely kind and efficient - I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. In addition, I received my lab results in a little more than 24 hours - on a weekend, no less. A much different, and more positive experience, than some of the hospital-associated labs I've gone to.
