The phlebotomist who did my draw was fantastic. I am very anxious about getting blood drawn because I don't have great veins and often need to be drawn in my hand but the tech was a pro. Very kind, patient, and so quick. In and out in less than 10 minutes.
Tons of parking, clean facility, prompt visit. I was called within 5 minutes of my appointment time. My phlebotomist was efficient & kind (wish I got her name, she’s from Louisiana). Also received my results within 3 business days. I was visiting from out of town and wish the Quests in my area were like this.
The staff were very nice and professional. I had to wait a little bit because they had a very busy schedule but there were multiple people collecting samples.
The staff at Quest is always very good, which I appreciate because drawing on me can be tricky. This visit my veins were being particularly difficult, but Sandy was so kind and patient!
