Do not come here! You cannot call to make an appointment. They don't have a phone in the office! Very unprofessional!
I had to take my 1 yr old to my glucose test cuz it was the only appointment I could get and I had no one to watch her that day. I walk in and put my daughter on the counter so I could sign in and the lady at the front says, "Uh no no no you can't put her on my counter you need to put her on the floor or hold her". Which I understand but she was incredibly rude about it. This Facility lacks manners , techs are angry, and service is terrible. I know this is not a fast food chain. But greetings are very important. I approached the desk to sign in and two of the woman just ignored me and continued to do their computer work. I was standing there for 5 minutes waiting to be greeted. Then I finally said Hello and a woman named Patty turned around and said oh I didn't see you standing there. She had drawn my blood in the past and left a good 3 inch bruise on my left arm. I have been here for an hour now... I understand it is better to make an appointment which I Did , but my Dr had me go to labcorp not to Quest... Which my insurance didn't cover. So I end up here, to get blood work which I had to fast for. They have not even taken my insurance until just now 1 hour 5 minutes later. The one girl keeps yelling to those who made appointments " thank you for making an appointment" for all of us sad sicker to hear who didn't get to make an appointment. You have to give then insurance card/info to getlabs done... .too bad they arent Nice enough to tell me they"are not in my network" it cost me $200.00. BEWARE...I'LL NVR GO BACK...in network would havebeen less than$20.....BEWARE
