This is the worst sample laboratory I have ever been too!!! It is a mystery to me how imcompotent they are when it comes to getting patients checked in and getting their necessary services rendered to them!!! First, the hours are very strange. They have a split shift for lunch, which is understandable, but when they open back up they are only open for an hour!!! Be cautious when going to this location. This location incorrectly submitted paperwork to my employer which resulted in me missing out on my company's incentives for completing a bio-metric screening by the deadline. The nurse was friendly but that doesn't excuse the lack of organization to incorrectly submit paperwork. Furthermore there was nothing they could do aside from opening a ticket.
