This is the best Quest I've been to so far. Staff member Anthony was very personable and professional and was able to find my small deep vein without hesitation. He was very caring making sure I was ok through the procedure. Angie another staff member was very sweet and friendly as well. I will definitely be coming back to this location! Thank you Anthony and Angie for making this so easy!
It was very easy, made my appointment for the same day and came back a hour and half latter. Checked in early and was seen 10 minutes before my appointment time..
Worst experience This lady I didn't remember her name exactly it was something with Nil.A Was very rough on me As though she is running out of time I went for blood work Firstly she didn't sanitize the place after the previous patient and then slammed the bench on me she did the work very inappropriately and didn't even bandaged properly and said its done she was very rough Will not recommend this location
TOTALLY RIDICULOUS! Called to verify if my doctor's office had sent a request for a lab and, after 15 minutes talking to a recording, I was unable to find out. No, I would not make an appointment, drive to the location, just to ask a very simple question.
***TOTAL FAIL*** Btw, A "No Star" review can't be posted, Google needs a "FAIL" tab THE WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED IN THE HEALTHCARE FIELD.. HANDS DOWN‼️‼️ I called.
