worst is the word that explain them the best. They have a team of highly unprofessional people. they will not handle sample in a good manner .. resulting in clotted sample for test and you get a blank result
My mistake, no appointment and flu season at 100% they have 9 rooms but takes forever to call your name, once they call you they make same questions over and over, not even give them a star �
What a huge waste of my time. I have always been a hard stick but Quest has always managed to get my blood before after several tries. Today I got a sitter for my kids and waited 2 hours in the waiting room and no one was able to get my blood. I was informed that their new policy is no more than 3 pokes in a 24 hour period from all Quest locations, which sounds fine for the average person but for someone who is a very hard stick like me who always takes at least 5-6 pokes to get enough blood it is a ridiculous policy. They suck set and waited 2 and a half hours to have blood work done. Very rude and unfriendly
I like my company, because its very good neat and calibrated most modern diagnostic network allover the world.
Made an appointment, walked past a line that headed out to the parking lot. I signed in, was called in & was out of there 10 min. after my appt time.
