Shut down, with no warning. Still signs outside by the road and even on the building, but once you go in they have a paper taped to the door telling you they are closed. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.
Their lack of any sense of professionalism has derailed my trip to Hawaii. Attempting to get ahold of anyone will send you through a maze of phone numbers and digital operating systems
This location is closed, do not waste your time going there, go to the one located in Murray.
Wasted all my time getting there to find out they don't do blood tests. I'll be sure to read the other reviews before going elsewhere next time.
