My daughters first appointment was canceled and the staff failed to call and tell us, i was supposed to had an appointment on the 19th of this month, unlike the schedule mishap with my daughter they called me to reschedule mine but failed to actually schedule it as I showed up for it to only be told I wasn’t on the schedule. I’m not sure if it’s the lady at the desk or something with the counselors themselves but something has to change with that.
