terrible place to get medical help from. They arent good for people suffering from mental health issues. Often complaning about how their behaviour is while breaking confidentality. I wouldnt recommend anyone go here.
No loitering should be in place. I left a review about this a few weeks ago but it never published.... I get its a public funded community health centre, but no loitering should still be expected. Had a homeless man be verbally aggressive to me at the entrance door and made some comments towards me in the waiting lounge. I dont even look forward for whenever i have a health visit, as Im worried that the individual will still be there
Was having a mental health crisis and they wouldn't listen to me at all. They don't give a shit about the patient's.
Wouldn't recommend for trans youth. The doctor won't listen to concerns and then changes dosages without letting you know and when confronted front desk told me to wait til my next appointment which was a month away. Dr. Massarella changed my dosage drastically and they wanted me to wait a month for answers. Now I'm waiting for them to send my file to family doctor's which I'm sure will take a couple months because thats about the pace they take with everything.
