Quest has been one of the best doctor’s offices I’ve ever been. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. If I’m not able to see my doc I usually am able to get into a nurse practitioner. TBH, Dr. Butera and the staff psychotherapist Liana have life savers. The level of care has been amazing. I’ve also had dietitian appointments within Irene and she’s also amazing/non judgmental. quest has stopped giving my gf her meds - wont listen to her even now when she is peeing blood.
Wouldn't recommend for trans youth. The doctor won't listen to concerns and then changes dosages without letting you know and when confronted front desk told me to wait til my next appointment which was a month away. Dr. Massarella changed my dosage drastically and they wanted me to wait a month for answers. Now I'm waiting for them to send my file to family doctor's which I'm sure will take a couple months because thats about the pace they take with everything. I am very blessed to have Dr St Martin he is very compassionate understanding and always tries to get me the best help possible best doctor I've ever had in my life I feel very fortunate
terrible place to get medical help from. They arent good for people suffering from mental health issues. Often complaning about how their behaviour is while breaking confidentality. I wouldnt recommend anyone go here.
