Dr. Mark provides an amazing service. He takes time to discuss exactly what is needed and will personalize the plan toward that goal. He educates so you know how to continue to address things at home. I cannot recommend him enough.
Mark is not only a chiropractor, but a teacher at heart. He has your best interest in mind, and does his best to make sure you can keep moving by teaching methods of stretching, body alignment and helps troubleshoot things that you may be doing on a daily basis to make your muscles and spine work harder than needed.
