Had a very pleasant experience at Quest Labs. No problems noted. Staff friendly and professional. I'm usually a hard stick, but technician got my draw on the first stick.
I've been going to this location for years now and have generally always had the same woman service me, Miyuki. She is a very pleasant person and makes the interaction seamless - I'd say painless but the prick of the needle isn't quite painless. But she makes what is generally an anxious visit much easier
I only have positive things to say about this lab. First, Lori was friendly, professional and her blood draw was painless. Be sure to make an appointment and they will take you back right on time. Also, you can establish an easy online account with them and clock the progress of your tests and receive your results the same time your doctor does. I highly recommend Quest!
