Cynthia was amazing! Very friendly and patient. Made me feel comfortable with the purchase. Laura was amazing, about that business. Waiting to see if the management gave a lemon. Took a chance after taking it to the dealership. The pre-purchase exposed a possible mechanical issues and I decide to purchase for my daughter anyways and fix it myself if needed. Could have been five stars if they had repaired the 30 minute fix.

Sold me a 04 Jeep with "only problem with an O2 sensor." Jeep broke down and took it to a mechanic. $5000 to get it safe to be on the road state so that they can really do a road test. Complete dissatisfaction in the sale.
