I took my father for blood work. He does not know anything about the technology today and and can hardly read, in English or Spanish. There were two kiosk for patients to register. It was almost mission impossible for him to do it. I had to do it for him. There was no one available to help. That system is very unfair to many senior citezens and in my opinion some kind of discrimination against people with limited knowledge with computers. I hope Quest Lab take this into consideration.
