Wonderful staff and service. Love to support local.
Another good experience with the people from Quesnel Family Optimetric center. My appointment was at 11. I got there at 10:30 and they got me in there lickity split and I was on my way home by 11. Just phenomenal.
Front desk lady was super rude and wouldn't listen and disregarded everything I said and I ended up asking a bunch of questions that were repeats because she wouldn't want to answer them and they were simple questions and she was making me feel dumb. I didnt like the experience and I shouldnt have been treated in such a manner. I'm not coming back ever, she lost me from this business.
It was a good experience. Staff were pleasant and very helpful.
