The company has no respect for businesses. There is false advertising for their green space and parking in the front. They tore up a city street thinking they could build their green space and parking there. This has cause many problems for residents in the community, the local school bus system, and problems for the restaurant they share space with. Showing this complete disregard for the public, I believe the other 1 star reviews of all the internal problems.
No communication or urgency when it comes to supporting the residents actually owning or renting long term in building. Issue after issue, it’s felt like the longest year.
Great place to live, one of the best communities in Calgary with nicer homes.
Wouldn’t recommend living here or buying in this building. A lot of the residents seem totally new to living in shared spaces and are wildly inconsiderate when it comes to noise and general etiquette. On top of that, the place is packed with Airbnbs run by hosts who clearly aren’t local or personally involved with the property (there are ongoing issues with loud parties, frequent package and bicycle theft, vandalism and homeless squatters in the parkade, etc.). Building is filled with AirBNBs and irresponsible hosts who are not vetting the guests they have staying in the building. Constant issues with theft, vandalism in the “secured” parking, noise, general disrespect of the property, and unfortunately some pretty serious police matters involving DV and drugs. Property management is pretty much unreachable and hasn’t offered any constructive solutions to owners and residents. Do not buy/live here!
