This is an amazing new restaurant in Fresno High area. I've followed their truck for awhile, mostly at Gazebo. Their food is delicious- make your own quesadillas with gluten free options. And the staff and manager were so friendly. I'll be back again and again!! Doesn't hurt that they are next door to Ampersand Ice Cream!!!
You gotta try these, you won't be disappointed!! Best quesadillas ever!!

They offer unique combinations I would never think of on my own, and all of them so far have been perfectly delectable. This is my favorite place to eat local when I'm in Visalia.
