I want to start by saying that I generally like this restaurant and have been a customer before, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I placed an online order through Toast Local and ordered a salad. The menu did not provide an option for ground beef, so I selected steak. Immediately after submitting my order, I called the restaurant to see if the protein could be changed to ground beef.
