I had an excellent experience working with Mark. I am from the Valley and was stranded at the Outlet Mall with a vehicle that wouldn't start. Mark came over within 10 minutes to try to jump it. Ended up I needed a new starter. It was towed to the shop and repaired within 1 1/2 hrs. Very accommodating and fair price too!
