An update to my previous review since birdeye won't let me edit it. I went back to Quentin defense today. They were able to fix the problem with my item under warranty. Was a quick and easy process. They even gave me 50rds to put through it. I went to the range after they fixed my firearm and I was able to put through 100rds without issue other than some double feed problems which is the "stock" magazines or my fault. Other than that. Have little faith in their products. Had a brand new firearm, malfunction several times my first time firing it. (7 times within 100rds) I wish I did more research before I purchased their product from a local dealer.
Absolutely horrible customer service and quality. I bought two receiver sets about 7 months apart. The first one was great no issues at all. The second one was more sloppy than my Anderson lower. I have not seen one this bad. When I call Quentin Defense they told me that's they way the come and other people were happy with them. When I said I wanted to send it back, the guy on the phone said stop yelling and hung up on me.
