We used Quench and ended our contract with them and have been waiting for them to pick up the old water cooler for 4 months. No one at the office or the corporate office returns my calls or emails.
I have been a client for years. I called to ask to receive a bill via email. The person i spoke to could not read my email address back to me correctly even after 4 tries. I told her it was very important to get this right as i did not want to be late on a bill. She then hung up on me! I own several companies and was appalled at the way i was treated.
