Maybe all these 5 stars are from women but as far as fathers go for family court with Lisa proven she didn't seem to interested in helping a father to try to see his son more. She was rude, it was a waste of the ONLY $75 consultation fee out of the 3 attorneys I have been to. She charged me for garbage information.
I have retained both Kathy Quencer and Lisa Proven on two separate occasions. They are thorough, focused, timely, and are quite intimidating during pre-hearing and trial proceedings. I would not want to be on the receiving end, but am thankful two times in a row that I hired them. I would recommend Kathy Quencer or Lisa Proven for any divorce or family court matters, and will continue to use them, if needed.
Lisa Proven is an excellent lawyer regarding family court issues. I used her for a custody issue, and she exceeded all of my expectations. The children and I are thankful every single day for her representation.
We retained Kathy Quencer for a family court issue and she did a fantastic job. She took the time to learn everything she needed to know about the situation and used that information to get a good settlement that everyone could live with - for a long time.
Retained for a family court case. States she is a very good trial lawyer and we should " see just how good she is in court". In court, this counsel was completely intimidated and ineffective. She did not fight for our case and basically ' rolled over' during the proceedings. I would NOT reccomend this consel for any family court issues.
