What an important safe space for community care & fostering connection! The staff have been super friendly and accommodating in the couple times I have been there. Very exciting to start frequenting here more often <3
This was a presentation on MN AIDS quilt.
I was so hyped and excited about walking to Queermunity to be a part of the "alphabet community." While the food was tasty and vegan (thanks), the folks manning the Cafe were quite "matter of fact" if not cold. Interesting note, they definitely liked each other well enough to banter back and forth and laugh. It would have been nice if they shared a little smile with their customers.
