Called this place multiple time and never got an answer. Called and let a voicemail and no one ever returned my call. Sent a text to the “text us” number and nobody every responded. So I booked my puppy elsewhere. Very poor customer service and I haven’t even walked through the door. And I’m supposed to trust them with my dog? No thanks.

I have been a long time customer of Queeny's ever since I got my dog, Max, almost 5 years ago. My first experience with a different groomer (his first ever haircut) was horrifying. He was cut (not on purpose) and they completely ignored all of my questions as well as my wishes on how I wanted him to be groomed, and as a first time pet parent this can be terrifying.
