I'm a tenant about to leave LA Plata gardens in LA Plata MD. Queentree is the management company for the complex and boy let me tell you they are worthless. The bathroom from the apartment above mine was leaking through the drywall and it took a week for anyone to call back and another month to get any results. I had to call the Charles county health department to get them moving. The apartment complex had such bad reviews online they changed the name of it to try to start fresh.
