Very unsetting and unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received—something I have not experienced in over 10 years. They made it clear with their behaviour that the priority here is charging patients, not providing proper healthcare. It felt more like a business operation than a medical clinic. A much better place compared to Prism. Doctors and staff at Queensway Optometrist care. I had such bad experience in Prism. They did not do anything to a family member who has -15+ eye sight in both eyes. Queensway on the other hand send him to a specialist right after seeing him. A great place. The staff are very friendly and cordial. Keep up the good work! Patients are vulnerable, please care for them.
