MINIMUM 10h wait in ER even if the estimated time says otherwise. Staff don’t know how to triage and most have 0 compassion, clearly in the wrong field. An extremely disappointing experience overall and I would rather die peacefully in my own home rather than try to get help from this hospital.
Go anywhere else ! You’ll probably die in the waiting room before someone who cares actually takes care of you. 13 hours sitting alone crying bleeding loosing my baby and they just laugh and tell you to wait , people not breathing told to wait. It’s disgusting. This is our health care system.
This is the 1st time i was admitted at QCH childbirth department due to my fibroid operation. The staffs here are exceptionally awesome and very helpful especially the nurses who took care of me. They are genuinely nice and approachable. Keep up the good work guys. God bless
