Not good service at all, I had to wait for 10 hours just to see a doctor for a few minutes
Everything for which I’ve had to come to the QCH has been handled well, with efficiency. The nursing staff and many of the admin staff are kind, which goes a long way when one is ill ! My only complaint is over on the other side of the QCH where the Irving Greenberg Family Cancer centre is located - there simply is not enough parking there for cancer patients. If a patient must park all the way on the opposite side at the entrance to the QCH, the patient/client has a very long walk to go from there all the way through to the... read more
Every time I come to this emergency the wait is 7-8 or more hours. They do their job very well, but wait can make you go CRAZY and regret your decision of having come to this hospital. Please think twice or more before coming. Maybe your family doctor can help faster. Apple tree clinic can be so much faster!
