Nice staff and referrala - only too bisy usuaply gets apointment next day or 2;
I love this place. This is for WELL Health Diagnostic Center at 955 Queen Street East in Sault Ste. Marie. The service is efficient and no nonsense and the nurse Amelia really cares and makes me feel comfortable. I know I can trust her, and I never feel judged, or like a bother. That’s really important for me. Someone in another review mentions she’s an absolute angel and I agree 100%. Goes without saying I recommend the place with no hesitation, thanks to her.
Went in for a simple referral at Queenstown IDA. The doctor was terrible, a real jerk, but the nurse Amelia was wonderful - professional, helpful and compassionate. I emailed a complaint about the doctor and Joe, the IDA owner and manager was quick to reply - on a weekend - with concern and a promise to follow up with the clinic they use to access doctors. Joe said they've recently hired a nurse practitioner, at their expense, to better help people without a family physician. I'm very impressed!
