Been Here For now bout 4 YEARS Unfortunately, this is our second time living on the property. The first time was okay. But this second time, LORD be with US. Maintenance doesn’t respect privacy request on maintenance tickets, take forever to respond, everything is outdated. The kitchens are very small no DISHWASHER. They use cheap products which breaks and turns by a certain time. I would think living here for 4 years, they would come in and fix the ware and tare of basic apartment living but they haven’t. Meehh This place is a step up from my old apartment in N.E so I tried to humble myself on that , and the fact of his proximity to my family and work and everything else. The apartments is self has endless roaches I had to get rid of pictures hanging on the wall cause they would love to hide behind them used a whole can of raid on the one picture alone where at least 15 roach eggs that were empty had dropped out of. I just caught a mouse on the trap yesterday and now I’m legit catching them on traps each month !!! The traps s... read more

Terrible!!!!! These apartments are disgusting! The people who reviewed these apartments and gave it anything higher than a 0 is lying!!!!!! It’s nice and roach infested !!!! Terribly!!!!!!!

INFESTED please run away from this place ! absolutely disgusting ! roaches roaches and more freaking roaches ! they’re everywhere and with every precaution taking they still show up! they’re in the cabinets, drawers, on the stove., on the couch., in the beds., in the shower, on the toilet seat overall unsanitary. my fiancé and i are the cleanest people you will ever meet so we know it’s not us. don’t get me wrong the first two days were nice no sightings but day three there wasn’t a room you could go in where you didn’t find... read more

Roach and Mice infested Only live here if it a last resort! the entire complex is infested with roaches. They are impossible to get rid of, in the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, there is no escaping them no matter how clean you are. I have bought every poison and trap on earth and they will not go away. You can call management they will send a “professional” exterminator who really won’t do anything. Also management makes you sign an agreement in the lease saying you won’t hold them accountable, they know what’s going on! This ... read more
