Julia has been wonderful but the staff…. Not so much. Back in May I was referred for a dermatologist and to a hand surgeon. I kept being told over and over again that they sent everything through the portal. Repeatedly we went through this vicious cycle 11 times and the referrals never went through. Even the doctor’s office called and got nothing from them. I finally today changed my primary care physician and have an appointment tomorrow morning.
I Love this practice everyone is friendly even the check in staff. It's hard to find a good Dr in NV but thank goodness I found her! Dr. Julia Navalta listens and doesn't rush through her appointments. She is very attentive to my needs! I highly recommend.
