QUESSNMARK APARTMENTS DO NOT LIKE TO FIX ANY THING , THEY HALF FIX WHATEVER NEEDS TO BE FIXED IF YOU ARE NOT THERE TO WATCH THEM THE CEILINGS ARE CRACKED THERE IS MOLD IN SOME UNITS AND THEY JUST SIMPLY SPRAY KILZS INSTEAD OF FIXING THE PROBLEM. THE FLOORS ARE WORPT THE PROPERTY IS INFESTED WITH RACOONS WHICH THE OFFICE SAYS THAT THEY CAN NOT DO ANYTHING FOR THIS PROBLEM. THEFT IS HIGH WITH CARS IN THE COMPLEX THEY HAVE RAISED THE RENT WAY BEYOND WHAT THE PROPERTY IS WORTH. THEY ARE ROBBING THE TENENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!
