Terrible experience during my MRI appointment on 25/06/2026. The female radiology assistant with shoulder-length hair who greeted the patient to the room was arrogant and handled things roughly. She flicked the noise-cancelling headphones right into my face without checking. The radiologist was polite and professional, yet the rude assistant spoiled my entire visit.
Had to get a CT here today, I was only in the building for 12 minutes. In and out. The staff were super nice as well. Will definitely be back to this location for any imaging needs in the future!
This is a great location with plenty of parking. Staff were always professional and friendly. Appointments were kept to time and lovely clean facilities. Great little cafe downstairs. Served beautiful, HOT coffee!!!!
