Can I ask why you have not addressed these poor ratings? I’m about to have my first baby scans this week and now I’m thinking twice about visiting here. The unprofessional situation of this is actually quite alarming.
This is the second time I have attended Queensland X-Ray Women’s Imaging, and unfortunately, both times I have found the reception staff rude and unwelcoming. On my most recent visit, I also witnessed staff openly talking about a patient who had just been called in because she was late, which I found very unprofessional. I attend these appointments because of my history with breast cancer, and they can already come with a great deal of anxiety. I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I paid for an ultrasound specifically to find out the sex of my baby, and I was 17 weeks pregnant, when it should have been fairly clear. However, the doctor was extremely uncooperative, irritated, and disrespectful. Instead of explaining the results, she told me to guess for myself. Patients deserve clear information, professionalism, and respectful treatment. I will not be returning to this clinic.
