Quick, efficient and professional
Receptionist on phone failed to acknowledge in any way, clients waiting at counter. Despite dr booking appt and calling 24 hours prior …. Told to rebook. Not happy jan. RE: Owner Response - good to see you are keeping track. No need for me to contact you - this is just basic customer service. And manners. Other staff: terrific! Reception: Fail.
From arrival at reception to completion of CT SCAN, the service was timely and efficient. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall I would rate the experience first class.
