Receptionist on phone failed to acknowledge in any way, clients waiting at counter. Despite dr booking appt and calling 24 hours prior …. Told to rebook. Not happy jan. RE: Owner Response - good to see you are keeping track. No need for me to contact you - this is just basic customer service. And manners. Other staff: terrific! Reception: Fail.
From arrival at reception to completion of CT SCAN, the service was timely and efficient. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall I would rate the experience first class.
Very clean, not noisy, kind and respectful staff (at least the staff I encountered). Only criticism I have is that if there is more than 6 people in the waiting room it is a bit cramped. Everything else was great!
