Staff were very efficient and my complex test went well.
So impressed with the amazing service I received from the reception staff through to the radiographer and even over the phone after I needed to have my file sent to a different doctors. Friendly and efficient, they were all very professional and caring. Great job.
Not happy yas booked me in for 3 pm and dont see me until 4pm lost an hrs wages for nothing! How does an xray place even get an hr behind when you dont take walk ins...
Booked mri for 3pm. Didn’t get informed about any wait. Hadn’t eaten all day. Did not get seen until 4:30pm did not leave until 5pm. No customers service. No apologies for the wait time. Just young girls rolling their eyes and shrugging their shoulders.
