A few years ago I was in a high speed car accident when I was 16, no physical injuries but psychological injuries afterwards . Extremely bad anxiety when leaving my house and eating disorder which was a dark time for me. Was referred to Dr Ian McDonald , by which through numerous sessions visiting him I came out as a changed man, full of confidence and worry free . Massive thank you to this wonderful bloke who changed my life for the better, can’t express it into words how grateful I am 🙏 highly recommend
