i have heard that they are getting shut down by the health dep. Springcrest apartments are just as bad in eastlake. Its a shame that these companies take advantage of low income families just so they get paid and live in there homes in gates mills and such its a shame and karma is the ultimate revenge for people like that
To whom it may concern over all Queensdale apts is kept up as well as can be all city inspections pass before the dead line as well as stats inspections on the boiler room over the past 17 years we have remodeled apts all new windows, all new patio doors new entrance doors all new updates appliances, and new a/c units in addition new carpet in the main hallways has been done 3 times the last main halllway carpet replacement was dome 5 years ago and still to this day looks very good,so N.B you r worng about the upkeep
I have lived at theQueenesdale apartments for about 4 years now. All of the bad reviews are correct. This is a horrible place to live. The maintenance crew are horrible at their job and do only enough repairs to pass inspection. You have to repeatedly ask for repairs to be done and then the management just ignores your requests. If repairs are done the maintenance employee does a half assed job and does not make the repairs correctly. They keep raising the rent every year and yet do not make any repairs. QueensDale Apartments has some serious issue and Maintence is awful.Please dont rent any apartments here ever not even in a desperate moment u have a better chance living on the street then here. Moving here in Mentor was a big mistake for my family. MENTOR IS METAL.......
Im not happy with these apartments. The maintenance service is terrible. We have been trying to get the bath tub service since June and its now September. Management expects rent on time and as tenants you expect service to be on time. Dont waste your money here, there are much better apartments in Mentor. We made the mistake of not looking in person, looked at the pictures on the internet
My daughter is a student at Lakeview and moved into this apartment. TERRIBLE!!!! If you are a caring and concerned parent, DO NOT let your kids live here. We have signed a list but 1yr and OUT we go!!! They do not fix things in a timely manner at all. 3 months and still trying to get them to fix things which were pointed out prior to move in date.
