This clinic has amazing doctors, Dr. Olivares is the best of them all. However, it’s very unfortunate their receptionist are rude, their tone of voice comes off as if they are demanding things and they become upset if you ask a question. They definitely need some customer service training, as I have had this bad experience 3 times and witness it more times with other patients.
All the staff are really nice and help ful gracelight is wonderful
Rosemary is the best front desk lady i never had problems with her she always called me her mijo and giving me advice on personal situations and a hard working one she always been my mom's friend since day 1 and mine as well shes such a great women and outstanding motivated worker i heard she passed away july 1st of this year it totally broke my heart to hear that i love you rosemary from part of me and my mom martha
ami si me gusta el servicio aqui. la senorita angelica de enfrente bien attenta. las demas deberian de apprender de ella. la senorita luz y gio, ayyy que amor los de la pharmacia. luego karina la del medical esta muchacha me arreglo mi medical en 1 dia y pude agarrar mi medicina en 3 dias. vengan con ella, ella es muy buena y tambien la enfermera que saca la sangre ya regreso mi amiga alma que amor que es ella tanta paciencia. manager de ellos denle un aumento.
Esta clinica ya es horrible se tardan bastante en contestar y hay un montón de mujeres en recepción, llamas para resultados y cuando hablas con las Pediatras resultan que ni saben que resultados y ellas mismas los mandan hacer y ni saben dicen luego le llamamos y nunca llaman , antes me gustaba mucho esta clínica para mis hijos pero hoy ya es Pésimo el Servicio.
