I've had a good experience 2 years ago with my prescription glasses, not really this time. The optometrist ("the doctor" as he is called there) is very nice, proper and courteous, but when I came back today after a week because I received my new pair of glasses with the frame temples down in an angle from them, and they were still uncomfortable to the sight, a lady that looks and sounds like a boss or one of the owners was rude to me.
