Been here a few months, gotta say I am happy and thankful. They are great. Nice and quiet too.
Slum lord sums it up....maintenance never shows or answeres. Cameras don't work as my personal possessions has been stolen out of storage area. Some man climbed onto my third floor balcony and luckily the police responded quickly as to where I called the land landlord with no response 6⃣ months in counting to that incident. Dumpster constantly on over flow to the point that I have to step over trash to my vehicle with my newborn in hand. Very nice place the landlord is very nice and is a good quality place to live
Lived here from november 2011 until october 2017 never fix anything, serious black mold issues, rent constantly goes up list goes on and on dont move here it would be worst mistake of your life! Mike is the maintence man alcoholic severly including joyce the maintence lady his girlfriend. Owner jack conley never fixes anything barely and rarely answers his phone for residents never move here please. If i could i would give 0 stars
