The first thing that captures you about this place is the cleanliness. Next, it's one of the greaters, Angel. Has great charisma and guides you through your first workouts, usually. ive been going to this gym for the last 3ish years and i will forever recommend it to everyone in the area! the coaches are all kind, helpful, and fun! it's a low ego space and very beginner friendly. it's hard working out as an adult, but this gym makes you feel comfortable attempting new things and has helped me actually like exercise! ive also made so many great local friends along the way too!
Coaches are great with my 4 and 6 year old boys! Highly recommend.
