My go to Muay Thai Gym in Queens. The location is super convenient, space is clean and spacious and the community is great! Doesn’t matter if you’re just starting out or a couple years in already, there’s something for you there. The coaches are very welcoming, knowledgeable and just overall nice human beings. They offer strength classes and kids classes as well. 10/10
10/10 would recommend this gym to everyone!! I took classes for about a month and everyone is so welcoming, and I got a lot of work in while training at Kings Sunnyside! Will definitely be back!
Very clean and well air-conditioned, staff are super nice
The first thing that captures you about this place is the cleanliness. Next, it's one of the greaters, Angel. Has great charisma and guides you through your first workouts, usually. But dont let that charm fool you. She has great techniques as well as many others. As for trainers, here's three. First up is one we call Coach.
