I am not impressed with my recent experience at Queen's while getting my nails done. I've been here multiple times and have been to the same nail lady everytime but now I plan on taking my business elsewhere. I had an appointment on Thursday afternoon And they ended up pushing it back 15 minutes because my nail artist was running behind (which I was okay with. The salon was so much nicer than I had expected and the receptionists are always very nice. Unfortunately I don't think my nails were prepped very well. I went there 3 times and always had issues with lifting, or the base near the cuticle getting stuck in my hair. I also got a nail infection (greenies) and now I can't wear any nails until they grow out..
I LOVE this place, the ladies all work so well together, they are so attentive and make you feel like you matter. From the front desk to the very back rooms, They provide such a happy atmosphere. I love to listen to them all talking and then the giggles and smiles. Extremely clean as well. Just all around great hour while I'm there. Thank you Queens! 👑
The girls are nice but that’s fairly typical but what I hate is they don’t check their appointments twice now I’ve went in with my daughter and they had just given the kids chair away when we booked the appointment a week ago and in a time crunch and the first time we had to have and my daughter was very sad bcuz we wouldn’t have had the time to wait which is why we made the appointment.
Amazing experience, I am glad I found this place because I wont be going anywhere else now!
