I went in today to get my nails done and it seemed the lady was uninterested in doing my nails. I asked for an almond shape that were not too round, and she gave me stiletto nails. Majority of my nails are uneven and wonky and she did not care to fix it. I asked for a light pink chrome and I even confirmed with them that it was the correct colour. I’ve been coming to Queen’s since they opened. I’ve never been disappointed. The quality and service are top notch! I’d highly recommend!
Be careful they have no clue about tanning machines and they give people wrong instructions putting peoples held in danger! Delayed the reception tells you you can come in every day for 10 minutes even if it’s your first time! My skin burned very bad:( I checked online and it says you cannot do it every day. Although first time was enough for me and I’m not gonna come back!
The wonderful staff always make me feel comfortable and have built a positive relationship between myself and autistic daughter. I couldn't have asked for better experiences, especially for my daughter Thank you!
