Normally I love to get my nails done here however today even though I had an appointment the receptionist told me that I didn’t. First she said that I must have booked in Hamilton, then I told her that I booked it here she said that without proof I would have to wait two hours. After I showed her the confirmation she was annoyed and told me to sit and wait. Very frustrating and unprofessional behavior!
Always a pleasure to spend a morning at Queens Spa. It's like walking into Cheers where the people know who you are and conversations flow freely. Tu gives THE best foot and leg massages and Lieu ALWAYS works her magic when it comes to my nails. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
They were booked up and still took me in right away as a walk in. The staff was amazing and my toes look great!
