the maintenance guy was really good he came within an hour of my crucial reply for main bathroom toilet running over with water everywhere. I have other concerns regarding the graffiti on the entrance of our building, inside as well. this mess has not been cleaned up. kid's are playing in the 1st floor level like it is their basement playground. my apt. is on first level. kid's have been leaving the back emergency door open and bouncing yelling and screaming in the hallway of the entrance of my unit building and it is very d... read more
By far the worst place I’ve rented. Horrific response from the office, my apt has gotten water leaks twice and it’s getting mold all around where the water damages occurred but no one can assess the situation or resolve it There has been several crews working for days in there but just making the mess to get works with the drywall and painting aver wet drywall. I have newborns they got sick due to the bad air/smell coming of that area in the half bathroom
Since I moved in 5 months ago there has always been some thing to work on, and maintenance is terrible Im not living comfortable, currently there is a hole in the ceiling for over 3 weeks and no seem to care.Move in to dirty carpeting, has not been changed since the past person moved, had a terrible gas leak and after numerous attempts to get them to fix it I had to call bge, and many more crap that I don't have time to list here.worst place I have ever rented.
I enjoy the community however, the children in my building play in the hallway very loudly and that can be challenging when I have to work other than that and the children playing with the mail as well. I have no complaints, but those are two major issues that need to be addressed as soon as possible.
