I had to basically fight them over the phone to get them to deliver my food. But they had the audacity to have an attitude about it. Took almost 2 hours to get the food. Never ever ordering from them again. Especially not on Uber eats

Placed an order on uber it said that their staff is delivering, no problem at all, they gave me a time arrival but is been 30 minutes after the estimated arrival, tried calling 2 till I got someone to answer and asked for an update to get a smarts response by whoever answer. Simple question can I get an update on my food to the the response we make good food I can tell you that . Like what? Never ordering again got the food all cold an hour later cold. Work on your customer service what a disappointment this place was.

I’m writing to report a very disappointing experience with my recent Uber Eats order. The app indicated that my order would arrive between 9:50 AM and 10:10 AM. However, it was delayed by nearly two hours, which caused significant inconvenience—especially since the order was for a school.
