Pheweee... what an experience! I received a reminder call for an appointment and was spoken to in a aggressive tone over a SMS notification, only for it to be discovered that I wasn't the intended recipient in the first place! A simple apology would have gone a long way. We're often reminded to treat staff with respect, which I completely agree with... respect should go both ways.
