Very unsatisfied. I don’t know where my original face Tommy went. He was amazing. These new people.. terrible. Started off okay, but then when another customer came in, he started rushing on my nails. You can see through the paint on half my nails and he kept rushing me to switch out my hands under the dryer. Will NOT be returning. My nails look worse than before I got the fill in. $50 gone for this rush job. If you do go, just hope no one comes in after you.
Had a great experience at queens nails, as soon as I walked in they made me feel really confident. I got a pedicure and a French tip and it felt amazing, they were so careful and made sure they checked on me throughout my service. They kept smiles on their faces, were very clean and even more sweet and professional. If you’re in the area, don’t hesitate to stop in. They won’t disappoint you.
I just left and I am so pissed off. I asked for a pedicure and the male tech did no speak English, so he was not able to understand my request. He did everything wrong and could not understand how to fix his error. I will never come back.
This nail shop is very good to go to, The nail tech that did my nails his name is Jimmy, very pleasant and funny, he makes you real comfortable, I also got my feet done by the lady tech but didn’t get her name, she is very good as well, I would recommend this nail shop
